The Lijiang Spruce has large cones, that when young are a spectacular reddish-purple. Originates in Sechuan and Tibet, where it is endangered. The Spruce tree is notable in that it creates and puts out more oxygen than any other temperate-climate tree. Why not create an oxygen-rich zone where you live!
